Don’t worry. We use all kinds of fun equipment and training tools to maximize your training time at IRON LAB. Bands, barbells, dumbbells, bars and balls are just some of the equipment we have on hand to help you find your happy place.

Iron Lab provides 4,000 SQ FT of strength & conditioning fun. Sessions currently run Monday to Friday. See our class schedule!
