If you are dissatisfied with your weight and would like to enlist the professional support and tools to help you make lasting changes, you might benefit from a one-to-one session with a coach.
In this session, we examine habits and patterns and then develop a step-by-step, easy to follow, reasonable and achievable plan to get you moving in the direction of your goals.
Whether you want to lose weight, or build muscle - working closely with a coach to examine patterns of behaviour and daily habits and uncovering our blind spots is often the difference between being stuck and gaining traction.
First appointment is $120 for 60 minutes
Includes history and personal intake
Subsequent or follow up appointments as required $70 for 30 minutes
