We’re currently taking registrations our 2024/2025 IRON KID AND IRON TEEN LAB training year. These classes are for school age kids ages 5 to 12 years and teens 13-17 years
They get:
✅ pre-planned, fun and challenging training sessions that include dumbbells, kettlebells, and all kinds of other equipment
✅ safe and inclusive small group training with a skilled coach
✅ 12, 1 hour training session on FRIDAYS that are #WCPS Professional Development Days during the Sept-June 2024-2025 School Year
Cost is $200 per child.

Strong for Summer is a program we run every May as an introductory program for NEW MEMBERS ONLY. This is a sweet deal (Only $147 plus gst) for people who have NEVER trained with us before.
